Terms of Service

Last updated July 7, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to SlopMotion — the browser-based visual synthesis app at slopmotion.studio, this website at slopmotion.cool, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

SlopMotion is operated by Shipow (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: hey@slopmotion.cool.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction if higher.

Acceptable use

Use SlopMotion for lawful live performance, creation, and sharing. Do not abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload malware, or use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or community.

Content and marketplace

You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing packs, loops, or profile material on SlopMotion, you grant us the rights needed to host, display, distribute, and sell that content through the Service as you configure.

Community and marketplace rules, creator revenue share, and licensing for purchased packs are described at point of sale and in creator agreements where applicable.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans and marketplace purchases are billed as described at checkout. Prices may change with notice. Refunds follow our published refund policy and applicable law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Live performance software depends on your device, network, and venue conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation for every show.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty euros (€50).

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
