This Privacy Policy explains how Shipow (“we”) processes personal data when you use SlopMotion, slopmotion.cool, slopmotion.studio, and related services.

Account data: email, display name, profile information, and authentication records.

Usage data: app settings synced to your account, marketplace entitlements, referral activity, and technical logs (IP address, browser, device type, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the Service.

Communications: messages you send us and, if you opt in, marketing emails about product news.

Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we receive billing status and customer identifiers, not full card numbers.

We use your data to provide the Service, authenticate you, sync your work, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, improve the product, and communicate with you.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send updates about new features, FX, video playsets, collaboration drops, and related product news. You can unsubscribe anytime from your account or via the link in each email.
